Description of working cycle operations on metal cutting lines:

The tape is recoiled as follows: an initial coil is mounted onto the coiler drum for coil metal. The tape is manually threaded into the guiding bars of the leveling and slitting machine up to the pinch rollers, while the leveling rollers and upper knife shaft of the slitting shears are raised. In the setup mode, the strip is fed to the cut-off shears (crop shears) to cut the edges. Then the rolling table is put into the upper position and the tape is fed through the guiding system in the recoiler; the line is then switched into the automatic mode.

When recoiling the tape, a corresponding bushing kit should be installed onto a dividing shaft of the guiding system, a travelling ram of a breaking device should be in the lower position, and a coil removing trolley should be under the recoiler drum.

The tape is recoiled automatically to the specified length, and the process is controlled by a length gauge.

When the tape of a specified length is coiled, the tape feed is stopped. An operator switches the line control into the manual mode, cuts the tape in case it was partially coiled and removes the coil using an trolley with a lifting support. The sequence actions performed by the attending personnel during cutting of wide coiled steel into coiled narrow strips with a predetermined width is similar to the recoiling operation.

When the tape is cut into narrow strips in the leveling and slitting machine, the upper knife shaft of the slitting shears is lowered, and the slitting shears are set up for a desired number of strips with a predetermined width, using a tuning line and end measures of length. A kit of dividing bushings is mounted on the dividing shaft of the guiding system to separate narrow strips from each other when they are being coiled onto the recoiler drum. The bushing kit corresponds to the number and width of the strips being cut.

When cutting the tape into dimensional sheets (worksheets), the piling system is set up according to the sheet dimensions, and the leveling device is set up to achieve a perfect strain degree for this material and its thickness, thus providing for a strip leveling by multiple plastic bending in plane of minimal strip rigidity.

The specified deformation degree is recorded and then the first billet is fed and cut off in the manual mode.

The billet length and quality of its leveling are measured and the line is switched to the automatic mode.

After a predetermined number of sheet segments had been cut, the tape feed is stopped. The operator switches the control of the line into the manual mode, transfers the sheet pile to the warehouse of finished products and prepares the line for the next order.

Cutting line 1 - designed for cutting metal up to 1.0 mm thick.
Cutting line 2 - designed for cutting metal up to 2.0 mm thick.
Cutting line 3 - designed for cutting metal up to 2.0 to 6.0 mm.
Cutting lines 3 can be equipped with a decoiler up to 40 t lifting capacity.

General description of cut-to-length lines

The cut-to-length lines are designed for decoiling, leveling, measuring, cross cutting, and stacking. The line comprises a decoiler, leveling machine, measuring devices, mechanical shears, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic and electrical systems, and others. The line can provide for precise feeding and cutting. It can be widely used for cold or hot rolled carbon steel, tin plate, stainless steel and other metal materials with coated surface.

The cut-to-length lines are CNC controlled. The measuring length is controlled via PLC. The information on the length, quantity of the cut material and speed may be input into the PLC system. When the number of sheared products required is reached, the machine will stop automatically. The line speed can be adjusted, it has a gauge of high precision.

General information on slitting and cut-to-length lines

The slitting and cut-to-length lines can decoil, level, measure, slit and cross cut the coils into exact lengths and pack them.

The line comprises a decoiler, leveling machine, measuring devices, shears, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic and electrical systems, and others, the line can check precise feeding and shearing. It can cut galvanized strips of cold and hot rolled carbon steel, tin plate, stainless steel and other strip types with protective coating.

The slitting and cut-to-length lines are CNC controlled. the information of the length, quantity of the cut material and speed may be input into the PLC system. When the number of sheared products required is reached, the machine will stop automatically The line speed can be adjusted, it has a gauge of high precision. The whole line can operate automatically or it can be easily controlled, providing for a high quality.
