We are interested in cooperation with the manufacturers of pressure metal treatment equipment, who are looking for an official and reliable distributor that deals with supply & delivery of their equipment to the industrial plants in Russia.
The company’s top management and sales team are well acquainted with the Russian market, its mentality and laws; they also understand industrial specifics of the financial and economic activities of the Russian customers. All our sales managers have a large customer database, extensive experience of successful sales and well-established connections with the potential buyers of your pressure metal treatment units. This allows our managers to promptly set out the most promising directions for promotion and to ensure a rapid entry of the products into the promising Russian market. Our employees, who are fluent in English and German, are focused on working at the international market with the supplies of foreign equipment.
Our team of experienced engineers, who can handle the most serious technical problems, constantly keeps in touch with the Russian customers, holds meetings and delivers presentations regarding the latest achievements of our manufacturing partners. They point out the engineering challenges and actively communicate with all the departments at Russian plants. That is why the specifics of doing a business in the Russian Federation are well-known to us, and we also know the equipment of the local industrial plants and their up-to-date modernization needs.
Once we become your authorized representative in Russia, our marketing staff will carry out a market research in order to check the demand for pressure metal treatment lines, will submit a market overview for pressure metal treatment units that you offer and evaluate the needs for this type of equipment at local plants. Our specialists will also estimate the potential and capacity of this market at local industrial plants. Our IT-team will start developing a website for your products in Russian. Our experts will assess the conformity between your pressure metal treatment stands and customer needs as well as analyze the common reaction to the new goods in general. We will look into the categories of potential customers, and pick out the largest and the most promising plants.
Upon becoming your authorized agent on the territory of Russia, ‘Intech GmbH’ LLC (ООО «Интех ГмбХ»), will obtain certificates, if required, for a batch of the goods, for various types of pressure metal treatment stands in compliance with Russian standards. We can also arrange the inspection in order to obtain TR TS 010 and TR TS 012 Certificates. These certificates provides permission to operate your equipment at all industrial plants of the EAEU countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan), including the hazardous industrial facilities. Our company is eager to assist in issuing Technical Passports for pressure metal treatment machines as per Russian and other EAEU countries’ requirements.
Our engineering company ‘Intech GmbH’ LLC (ООО «Интех ГмбХ»), collaborates with several Russian design institutes in various industrial segments, which allows us to conduct preliminary design as well as subsequent design works according to the standards, construction rules and regulations that are applicable in Russia and other CIS countries. It also enables us to include your pressure metal treatment stands into the future projects.
The Company has its own logistics department that can provide packing service, handling as well as the most efficient and cost effective mode of transportation of the goods (incl. over dimensional and overweight goods). The goods can be delivered on DAP or DDP-customer’s warehouse basis in full compliance with all the relevant regulations and requirements that are applicable on the Russian market.
Our company has its own certified specialists who will carry out installation supervision and commissioning of the delivered equipment, as well as further guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance of stands. They will also provide necessary training and guidance for the customer’s personnel.
Generally, metal treatment under pressure (such as presswork, blanking, forging, rolling, drawing, etc.) is used to cause plastic deformation in metals and give the geometric parameters and shape required. The metal is pressed by a force that creates ultimate internal stresses in the metal. These stresses, therefore, cause the change of the metal’s shape (the metal flows in the direction of the least resistance). The force is selected to exclude destruction of the metal. Under such forces, the atomic displacement is significant, and the distance of displacement exceeds the distances between the atoms in the crystal lattice. Wherein, the atoms take a new stable equilibrium position thus leading to the change of the metal’s mechanical and physical properties.
Plastic deformation in metals occurs at the moment when a certain stress condition is created. Wherein, the shearing (tangential) stresses will reach a certain value, which depends on the material properties. And they will be able to overcome the internal resistance on the sliding planes or over the metal’s grain boundaries.
When analyzing the process of metal treatment under pressure, the following mechanical deformation patterns are used: patterns of the principal stresses and patterns of the main deformations.
During presswork operations, the metal is exposed to the all-round compression (all the three main stresses σ are compressing). For example, during presswork operations in a cylindrical container, the elongation deformation occurs along the container’s axis while the compression deformation occurs along the two other axes (Fig. 1).
During drawing, the pattern of the stress condition is all-around: the tensile stress acts along the rod axis while the compression stress (pressure from the side of the rolls, Fig. 2) acts along the two other axes (transverse axes).
During rolling and prestressing of metal, the pattern of the stress condition is similar to that during presswork operations due to the contact forces. Compression is all-around, but drafting takes place in the metal’s thickness direction only. In the lengthwise and edgewise directions, the metal “flows out” (the pattern of deformation contains one compression vector and two tension vectors, Fig. 3).
Main processes of metal treatment under pressure (MTP):
Rolling of metal. The essence of rolling is as follows: the billet is drawn into the gap between rotating rolls (a so-called capture zone) due to frictional forces between the metal and the rolls, and then drafted. Moreover, the cross section of the billet changes and its longitudinal dimension increases. There are three main methods of rolling: longitudinal, transverse and helical rolling.
Scheme of longitudinal rolling: 1 – upper roll; 2 – billet being rolled; 3 – bottom roll |
Scheme of transverse rolling: 1 – upper roll; 2 – billet being rolled; 3 – bottom roll |

Drawing of metal is a process, in which the product (billet) of a round or complex profile is pulled through a similarly-shaped channel that smoothly tapers from the site where the metal enters the draw die to the site where the metal exits.
Metal presswork. During presswork operations, the metal placed into a container is drafted out through the hole in the die and gets the shape of the die cross section.
Forging and blanking. During forging the metal is deformed between two hammers. The bottom hammer is stationary while the top one moves reciprocally. The repeated impacts of the hammer and operations with the metal (turns) give the billet the required shape and dimensions of a product. The main forging operations are prestressing, upsetting, piercing, fullering, etc.
