Laboratory tests

  • Non-destructive tests:
    • Detection of defects by X-ray machine in castings (RTG);
    • Detection of surface defects by dye penetrant testing (FPI);
    • detection of surface and internal defects in ferromagnetic materials by magnetic analysis;
    • Detection of defects by ultrasound in materials and welding seams.
  • Mechanical, chemical, and metallographic testing of materials:
    • Determination of chemical composition of the material;
    • Analysis of macrostructure;
    • Measuring of microhardness.

Vacuum heat treatment
