A burner produces round flame and provides for emissions with reduced NOx content. In these burners, the NOx content is reduced using step-by-step combustion air feed into the combustion zone. The combustion air is partially fed through the burner tile throat into the primary combustion zone. Remaining air is fed into the combustion zone below the primary combustion zone. Thus, in the result of fuel combustion with very low air excess, the flame with low temperature is produced, thus leading to limitation of thermal NOx generation.
